Peppermint Bark

  • 1 pound Dark Chocolate Candy Coating
  • 1/4 pounds White Chocolate Candy Coating
  • 4 pieces Candy Canes, Crushed
  • 1/2 cups M&Ms, crushed

Directions

    Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

    Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for about a minute and then stir. Put back in the microwave if needed for another 15 seconds. Pour the chocolate on top of the wax paper and spread it out evenly.

    Melt the white chocolate in the microwave as above and then drizzle it over the top of the dark chocolate.

    Sprinkle the crushed candy (M&Ms and candy canes) on top.

    With a knife barely touch the top and make little swirls.

    Freeze for at least 30 minutes and then break up into little pieces. Store in refrigerator.
