- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate, not chips chopped
- 12 oz white choclate, not chips, chopped
- 3/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 8 oz peppermint candy, chopped
- 8 oz mint M&M's, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper

2Melt the semi sweet chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

3Add the peppermint extract

4Pour chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread to an even 1/4 inch thickness with an off set spatula.

5Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes

6Have chopped peppermint candy and M&M' s ready to use

7Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth

8Pour while chocolate over cold hardened dark chocolate and quickly spread it evenly over dark chocolate

9While white chocolate is wet sprinkle peppermint candy evenly over the white chocolate.

10Then sprinkle the chopped M&M's.on.

11Press gently so they stick.

12Refigerate until set.

13Break into pieces.

14Store in refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
