- 1 lb. white chocolate bark
- 8 oz. peppermint candy, crushed
Directions

1Melt chocolate in microwave, using bowl large enough to stir peppermint candy in.

2Stir in crushed red and/or green peppermint candy.

3Spread a thin layer on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.

4Drop pan on table to remove air bubbles.

5Place in freezer until firm, approximately 20 or 30 minutes.

6Crack into bark by dropping on table again.

7Break into serving size pieces with your hands.

8Serve or freeze until ready to use.

9Yields 30 servings.
