- 2/3 cups White Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 2 ounces, weight Guittard Mint Chips, Optional
- 2 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips

1In a medium bowl, whisk sugar and salt with milk until dissolved. Add the cream and mint extract, and whisk to combine.

2Churn according to your ice cream maker's directions, adding mint, white chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips five minutes before the end. Try not to devour it all. Freeze for an hour or two if a firmer texture is desired. Enjoy!
