- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
- 1 c. (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
- cooked pasta or rice
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute green peppers and onions in butter until crisp-tender.

2Stir in pepperoni and cook 2 minutes.
