- 3 12 cups flour
- 12 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 14 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (2 1/4 teaspoon) package active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 12 cups water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except butter and water in a large bowl.

2Stir in butter and flour to make thick batter.

3Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

4Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 qt.

5casserole dish and let rise for 30-45 minutes,until doubled.

6Bake at 275 degrees F, about 35 minutes.

7Let set in pan for a few minutes,.

8then turn out onto rack and let cool before slicing.
