- 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
- 2 c. shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Roll dough to 12x9 inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.

3Combine oregano and garlic powder; mix with olive oil.

4Brush oil mixture lightly on dough, reserving some for top.

5Cover with pepperoni and cheese.

6Roll up jellyroll style.

7Brush with remaining oil.

8Pinch seams tightly.

9Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

10Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing into 1 inch slices.
