- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 stick pepperoni, chopped
Directions

1Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2Mix in oil. Add water and knead, about 3 minutes.

3Add pepperoni.

4Knead until no longer sticky.

5Let rise for 1 hour.

6Beat down and put in 2 greased loaf pans.

7Let rise 1 hour.

8Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
