- 3 loaves frozen bread dough
- 3/4 to 1 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- spices of your choice (oregano, basil, garlic powder, etc.)
Directions

1Defrost bread dough.

2Stretch and roll out bread.

3Beat egg and add spices of your choice to beaten egg.

4Brush egg mixture on each loaf of rolled bread.

5Add layer of pepperoni (at least 1/4 pound on each), then add grated cheese and roll up.

6Seal ends and edge. Bake according to directions on package (approximately 375° for 25 minutes); put a little butter on top of loaves before baking.
