Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf fresh or frozen bread dough
  • 1/3 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/3 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
  • melted butter

Directions

    Place loaf of bread dough on cookie tray in a warm place to raise.

    Preheat oven to 350° before rolling out dough to 1/4-inch thick circle.

    In center of dough, layer 1/2 of the pepperoni and 1/2 of the cheese.

    Fold over one edge of circle to cover meat and cheese.

    Layer remaining meat and cheese.
  6. 6
    Cover with last of bread dough.

    Pinch edges together and place on ungreased cookie tray. Brush with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Slice when cool.

    May be reheated when served.
