  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 layer pepperoni slices

    Let dough rise in a greased bread pan until double.

    Punch down and roll out.

    Beat yolks lightly.

    Add oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano and garlic powder.

    Beat thoroughly and brush on rolled out bread dough.

    Top with pepperoni and cheese.

    Roll up like a jelly roll.

    Pinch ends firmly together.

    Place seam side down on pan.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Serve with spaghetti sauce to dip.
