- 1 loaf frozen white bread dough
- 1 pkg. pepperoni slices
- tomato sauce for dipping
- sesame seed for top
- 1 pkg. Provolone cheese, approximately 6 slices
- 1 egg
Directions

1Defrost dough on countertop overnight.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Roll out dough on cookie sheet.

3Open oven and place on oven door to rise for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy.

4Return to countertop and cover with cheese slices.

5Next, cover cheese with pepperoni slices.

6Roll up dough like you would a jelly roll.

7Turn open side down and pinch ends to close.

8Baste with egg white, then sprinkle with sesame seed.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Serve slices plain or with your favorite tomato sauce.
