  • 2-1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4-1/2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni, halved
  • 1/3 c. milk

Directions

    Cook macaroni, drain.

    Cook sausage and onion.

    In a large bowl combine pizza sauce, tomato sauce, and milk.

    Stir in sausage mixture, macaroni, pepperoni, and mushrooms.

    Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.

    Cover, and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
