- 12 cup diced turkey pepperoni
- 12 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375* F. Grease two baking sheets.

2Mix together the pepperoni, cheese, oregano, and egg yolk in a bowl.

3In a small bowl, whisk egg white until foamy.

4Separate the crescent roll dough into four rectangles and seal at perforations.

5Spread pepperoni mixture over rectangles to within 1/4 inch of edges.

6Roll up rectangles, jelly-roll style, starting at a short edge.

7Pinch seams to seal.

8Slice each roll into six slices.

9Place slices onto greased baking sheets.

10Brush with egg white.

11Bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

12Serve warm; refrigerate leftovers.
