  • 4 red or green peppers
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1 c. Roquefort or Blue cheese
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.

    Parboil in boiling water in saucepan, one minute, or in a glass baking dish in microwave 2 minutes.
