  • 1 lb. boneless lamb
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • hot rice

Directions

    Cut boneless lamb in cubes.

    Saute in wok at 375°.

    Add soy sauce and cornstarch.

    Mix well.

    Add clove or grated garlic, onions and pepper.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
