  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Pepsi
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Mix together and set aside sugar and flour. Mix and bring to a boil the butter, cocoa and Pepsi.

    Pour this over the flour and sugar mixture.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Bake in a greased sheet cake pan at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cool.

    Add a favorite icing.
