- 1 lb. frozen ocean perch fillets
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. melted fat or oil
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- paprika
Directions

1Thaw and skin the fillets.

2Cook the spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly.

3Blend the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg into fat in a saucepan.

4Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.

5Add the cheese and Worcestershire sauce and stir until blended.

6Arrange half the fillets in casserole dish and layer spinach and cheese mixture. Repeat until all is completed.

7Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
