- 1 lb. perch fillets
- 8 oz. pasta ruffles or twists
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. melted margarine
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- spike or oregano
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Rinse the fish; pat dry on a paper towel and place in a baking pan.

3Season both sides of fish with oil, margarine, spike, salt and pepper and juice from squeezed lemon.

4Top with paprika.

5Bake for 15 minutes.

6Boil pasta 10 minutes in uncovered pot, stirring occasionally.

7Drain.
