  • 1 gal. apple cider
  • 2 oranges (peel and all) cut in wedges
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. whole allspice
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Put 1 gallon apple cider in the bottom of a 30 cup percolator. Into the basket put the cut up orange, cinnamon, whole allspice, cloves and brown sugar.

    Percolate just as you would coffee. Great with doughnuts or Christmas cookies.
