- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon butter
Directions

1In a saucepan with a good fitting lid bring chicken broth and butter to a boil.

2Add rice and stir.

3Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 20 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID!

4Remove from heat and fluff with fork. Serve!
