- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Warm milk slightly and add all other ingredients.

2Beat together in electric mixer or blender until well mixed.

3Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell which has been thoroughly chilled (Pyrex is best).

4Sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
