  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt

Directions

    Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until clear.

    Add a bit of salt to egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar for each egg.

    After whites are stiff, add the cornstarch mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
