  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Directions

    Blend dry ingredients, then cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

    Add liquid ingredients and toss with fork.

    Chill before rolling.

    Divide in 6 equal parts.
