- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and mix well.

2Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly.

3Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

4Now add a little at a time to creamed mixture alternating with the milk.

5Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

6Bake 1 hour at 350° or until golden brown.
