- 2 cup White rice ( I had brown rice mixed)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 cup Chicken broth or water
Directions

1Wash your rice then put into hot water let it soak, wait about 1/2 hour.

2Heat 2 table spoon of oil then poor add your noodles, stir until they are all turn their color into brown

3Rinse your rice add into noodles, stir constantly.

4About 3 minutes.

5Add your broth or water, turn heat high until it boils , then reduce the heat into very very low, cover and cook slowly.

6About 15-20 minutes, check with wooden spoon, if you feel moisture cover and cook more.

7Your are done.
