- Rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, barely beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions

1Grease small to medium size bowl, set aside.

2Prepare sufficient rice to make 3/4 c. cooked rice.

3Put into greased bowl.

4Add in rest of ingredients into bowl with the rice and stir well before cooking.

5Place bowl into pan with about 1 1/2 inches of water in bottom of pan.

6Bake in oven for about 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees.

7Stir once or possibly twice while cooking to prevent rice from settling.

8Pudding is done when a table knife inserted comes out clean.

9Serves 6.
