- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. dill pickle juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Combine ground beef, rice, egg, pickles, celery, onion, pepper and paprika in a bowl.

3Shape meat into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
