- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. chopped dates
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift first five ingredients; set aside.

2In a bowl, stir persimmon pulp, evaporated milk, dates, raisins and walnuts.

3In a mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla well.

4After beating well, alternately add first two mixture groups, mixing well each time.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes for cakes. Judge time for small loaf pans.

6Use Pam on loaf pans.

7Will make 7 little loaves.
