- 1 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup melted butter
- 2 12 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup walnut meat (optional)
Directions

1Mix first three ingredients and pat firmly in a pie pan.

2Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or chill.

3Mix persimmon pulp in a large bowl and beat in all other ingredients in order given.

4Pour into graham cracker crust and bake in 325 oven for 1 hour or until firm.

5Serve with whipped cream topped with chopped nuts if desired.
