  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. nuts

    Sift flour, sugar, spices, salt and soda.

    Add eggs, oil, persimmon pulp and nuts; mix well.

    Bake in greased and floured pans at 350° for 1 hour or 45 minutes if using small pans or until done.
