- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick melted margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix baking soda with persimmon juice.

2Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.

3Mix milk, eggs, margarine and persimmon juice mixture.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Bake in a margarine greased pan at 350° for 1 hour.
