- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine pulp, baking soda, sugar and eggs. Slowly add milk. Add remaining ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth. Slowly add 2 sticks melted butter.

2Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

3Cool before removing from pans.
