  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk with 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Put in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Cover with wax paper. Place pan in larger pan with 1 to 2 inches of water.

    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°.
