  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. sweet milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs; add pulp and sugar. Mix flour, salt and soda. Alternate flour and milk.

    Add butter and flavoring.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.

    Raise to 400° and brown.
