  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients, then stir in pulp, milk and beaten egg. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
