  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

    Blend pulp and beaten eggs; alternately add milk and dry ingredients.

    Stir in butter.

    Pour into greased pan about 2 inches deep.

    Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
