- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Blend pulp and beaten eggs; alternately add milk and dry ingredients.

2Stir in butter.

3Pour into greased pan about 2 inches deep.

4Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
