- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 large or 2 medium eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sweet milk
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix pulp and egg.

2Alternately add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in margarine.

3Pour into greased pan 1 inch deep.

4Bake at 300° for about 1 hour or until done.
