- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Sift together flour and sugar.

2Mix eggs and two cups of pulp together.

3Add milk and flour mixture.

4Mix in margarine and spices.

5Pour into an 8 x 12-inch glass dish and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until cooked.
