  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    Sift together flour and sugar.

    Mix eggs and two cups of pulp together.

    Add milk and flour mixture.

    Mix in margarine and spices.

    Pour into an 8 x 12-inch glass dish and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until cooked.
