  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs

    Melt butter in pan; mix persimmon mix, flour, milk, margarine and sugar together.

    Beat eggs; put in last.
