- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix the pulp, eggs and milk.

2Add the dry ingredients.

3Stir in the melted margarine last.

4Pour this into a greased pan and bake about 1 hour at 325°.
