  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 qt. flour
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 heaping tsp. soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 or 3 eggs

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and butter.

    Add persimmon pulp.

    Add soda and flour; add milk.

    Mix well and bake 2 to 3 hours in 250° oven. Stir occasionally.
