  • 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    In a food processor or blender combine garlic, basil leaves, grated Parmesan.

    With the motor running drizzle in the olive oil.

    Transfer to a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
