  • 3 1/4 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons almonds whole, peeled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 4 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 5/8 cups cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil

Directions

    Blend the parmesan, almonds, and garlic together in a blender. Add the basil, anchovies, and tomatoes little by little. When pureed, add olive oil.

    Garnish with additional basil, tomatoes, and parmesan.
