  • 1 (8-ounce) loaf French bread, cut into 20 (3/4-inch) slices
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 tablespoon commercial pesto
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Preheat broiler.

    Place bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute or until toasted.

    Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture on untoasted side of each bread slice. Place slices on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes or until the cheese and edges of bread are browned.
