- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
- 1 tablespoon commercial pesto
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2Place bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute or until toasted.

3Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture on untoasted side of each bread slice. Place slices on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes or until the cheese and edges of bread are browned.
