- 8 ounces ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- 1 ounce fresh mozzarella cheese
- tomatoes slice
- 1/4 cup basil pesto fresh
- 1 cornmeal dusted Kaiser roll, butter toasted
Directions

1Season the beef and form into a thick patty, do not pack the beef too tightly.

2Grill the burger to desired internal temperature.

3Top the burger with the tomato and fresh Mozzarella, and briefly place under a broiler to slightly melt the cheese.

4Spoon the Pesto over the top of the burger and serve on toaster bun.
