- 2 c. basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Romano, grated
- 2 pkg. tortellini
Directions

1Gently take leaves off of basil stalk and tear into smaller pieces.

2Add basil, oil, nuts, garlic and salt to blender.

3Blend until relatively smooth.

4Add Parmesan, Romano and butter and blend slightly.

5Pour over cooked tortellini and mix well.
