  • 2 c. basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Romano, grated
  • 2 pkg. tortellini

Directions

    Gently take leaves off of basil stalk and tear into smaller pieces.

    Add basil, oil, nuts, garlic and salt to blender.

    Blend until relatively smooth.

    Add Parmesan, Romano and butter and blend slightly.

    Pour over cooked tortellini and mix well.
