- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 4 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

2Blend in peanut butter.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to peanut butter mixture gradually, blending well after each addition.

4Stir in lemon juice; heat to serving temperature.
