- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 18 vanilla wafers
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until fluffy.

2Line muffin tins.

3Place 1 wafer in each cup.

4Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set. Top each with 1 tablespoon of pie filling. Add whipped topping, if desired.
