- 2 pheasants, cut up
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Place pheasant pieces in slow cooker.

2Combine soy sauce, ginger, salt, onion, orange and pineapple juice.

3Pour over pheasant.

4Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

5Remove meat and set aside.
