  • 2 pheasants, cut up
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. cold water

Directions

    Place pheasant pieces in slow cooker.

    Combine soy sauce, ginger, salt, onion, orange and pineapple juice.

    Pour over pheasant.

    Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

    Remove meat and set aside.
